    Building on the previous case study, I analysed website traffic and SEO performance for an Umami Product, a Shopify-based e-commerce platform specialising in umami-rich food products. By evaluating traffic sources, abandoned cart instances, and SEO effectiveness, the study aimed to enhance visibility and user engagement.

    Building on my experience in sales data visualisation, I created this report to provide a businesss with insights across multiple sales channels, with a special focus on e-commerce.     I guided entrepreneurs in building business plans and conducting cost evaluations, providing a strong foundation for their start-up's growth and success. Utilising a brand house approach, I helped define the brand’s identity, mission, and strategic direction, ensuring a cohesive and compelling narrative for stakeholders.

    In a collaborative project, I developed an eLearning module on Intraocular Lenses (IOLs) as part of a clinical fundamental series, focusing on making complex ophthalmological concepts accessible and engaging without brand bias. My role bridged senior research expertise and learning design, significantly contributing to content development and interactive learning experiences.
